航發協會（A.C.D.A.）
前身為「中華航空發展協會」，成立於1999年，並於2015年完成組織重整後持續穩健發展，為國籍航空公司及航太產業高度認可之專業培訓機構。
- 協會宗旨：推廣航空證照培訓、多元就業輔導，增強航空人力資源。
- 協會願景：建置國際航空資源整合平台，成為航空產業取才及培訓首選的培訓機構。

航發協會長期深耕航空專業人才培育，建構完整的航空職涯發展體系，主要提供飛行機師、空服與地勤、飛機修護及無人機等專業證照培訓，並結合就業輔導與人才媒合機制，協助學員順利銜接航空職場。完成培訓並取得結訓證書者，具備優先媒合至合作航空公司及航太產業之機會。
為提升學員整體職能與國際競爭力，航發協會打造「訓練 × 認證 × 就業」一體化培育模式，並提供國際證照與海外學位銜接服務，協助學員接軌全球航空標準。
在產學合作與國際布局方面，航發協會除與國內航太工程及航空運輸相關高等教育機構建立長期合作關係外，亦積極拓展國際資源，自2007年起推動國際認證航空訓練，並成為美國 Pacific States Aviation 飛行學校、澳洲 Aviation Australia 國立航空技術學院，以及澳洲國立南十字星大學（Southern Cross University, SCU）之大中華區總代理，導入國際級飛行訓練、飛機修護證照及航空管理學位。
此外，航發協會亦鏈結全球航太產業資源，與澳洲波音航空人力公司合作推動飛機修護人才國際媒合，並參與 S.A.A. 與 Air Asia（亞洲航空）之國際合作計畫。
同時，長期為華航集團、華信航空、長榮航空、星宇航空合作廠商，以及國防航太產業（如漢翔航太、亞洲航空）提供人才培訓與人力資源服務，持續強化台灣航太產業發展能量。
航空產業高度國際化，專業能力與語言實力皆需與全球接軌。航發協會透過與國際頂尖航空學校及產業機構的深度合作，致力培育具備國際視野與專業實力之航空人才，協助學員邁向全球航空職涯！

航發協會20年前即致力於發展國際認證訓練課程，是美國 Pacific States Aviation飛行學校、澳洲國立航空技術學院(Aviation Australia)及澳洲(SCU)南十字星大學航空學院的大中華區總代理，提供的國際航空證照訓練包括飛行機師、空服地勤、飛機修護及高階航空管理人才等，是唯一整合航空資源與專業的航空訓練機構。
航發協會除與知名國際航空訓練學校合作外，更與國際相關航空產業結合，如與波音航空人力公司合作飛機修護人員的人力媒合，和S.A.A.及Air Asia(亞洲航空)的美國航空貨運城合作案。航發協會提供華航、長榮集團、星宇航空公司，及國防航太產業: 漢翔航太及亞洲航空人力資源服務，共同開拓航太發展及飛機修護的市場及能量。

ACDA (Airline Career Development Association) Profile
OVERVIEW
The Airline Career Development Association (A.C.D.A.), established in 1995, is a well-known organization in Taiwan dedicated to providing aviation training and talent development for airlines and the aviation industry.
A.C.D.A. also serves as a key source of aviation news and information for media outlets.
Since 2000, we have successfully built and maintained close relationships with the aviation industry in Australia. A.C.D.A. has represented several leading Australian aviation training institutions in Taiwan, including Flight Training Australia, Aviation Australia, Australian Wings Academy, and Airways Aviation. Additionally, we have assisted Swinburne University of Technology and Griffith University in delivering their Master of Aviation Management programs in Taiwan since 2002.
The Association coordinates and delivers high-quality aviation-related training programs across Taiwan, Australia, and the United States. We have established strong partnerships with top aviation training providers in both Australia and the U.S., working closely with a wide range of institutions in Queensland to help Taiwanese students pursue careers in aviation—including pilot and cabin crew training, ground operations, and aircraft maintenance.
In recognition of our efforts, A.C.D.A. received an award at the 2008 Australia-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Awards Ceremony in Taipei for our outstanding contribution to strengthening aviation ties between Taiwan and Queensland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ACDA’s primary responsibilities include:
1. Offering professional trainings to the students who are interested in airlines companies (including pilots, flight attendants, ground staff, and maintenance personnel) and provide articulation programs with international institutions.
2. Providing in-house training courses and updated information to airline companies & travel service companies.
3. Aviation magazine publication.
4. Human resources improvement and development.
5. Co-operation with government projects and developing seminar programs.

PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
ACDA works closely with international aviation education institutions in Taiwan and conducts monthly seminars to promote aviation training providers to prospective students. Since the post-COVID recovery, demand for aviation-related employment has surged significantly.
Airlines in Taiwan have been actively recruiting since 2024, with ongoing demand for pilots, cabin crew, and aircraft maintenance personnel. This is largely driven by a 30% increase in flight routes and frequencies, as well as a wave of retirements among existing staff.
Since 2020, ACDA has also been appointed by the Taiwan government to provide aviation training for students aged 15 to 30, helping them pursue careers with airlines or further their education in the aviation sector.

In 2023, A.C.D.A. CEO/2022 Taipei Formosa RC president Tracy Liao was formally recognized by President Tsai of Taiwan for its outstanding contributions to talent recruitment in the aviation industry.
